This page explains how refunds are handled for HRM TechGeeta monthly subscriptions paid through Razorpay.
It should be read together with the cancellation rules so billing expectations remain clear and consistent.

1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for HRM TechGeeta subscriptions and how refund requests are reviewed.
The policy is designed to be clear, balanced, and practical. Refunds are not automatic in every case and are assessed based on eligibility and the circumstances of the payment.
2. General refund approach
TechGeeta Solutions offers refunds in certain cases for monthly subscriptions. Every request is reviewed before approval.
Approval depends on the type of payment, the timing of the request, supporting details, and whether the request falls within the rules below.
3. Eligible refund situations
Refunds may be available for the following situations:
- first-time purchases where the circumstances reasonably support a refund review;
- duplicate charges;
- accidental payments;
- technical failures that materially prevent normal use of the service;
- unauthorized transactions.
Eligible refund requests should generally be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
4. Non-refundable or generally non-refundable situations
Some payments are non-refundable or generally non-refundable unless there is a strong qualifying reason.
- requests made outside the normal 14-day review window may be declined;
- refunds are not guaranteed simply because a customer chooses not to continue after purchase;
- refunds may be declined where the service was substantially available and used as intended.
5. Renewal payment rule
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable because they relate to an ongoing monthly subscription that remains active unless cancelled.
A renewal payment may still be reviewed for refund if there was a technical failure or an unauthorized transaction.
6. Enterprise or custom plan rule
For enterprise or custom plans, refunds are evaluated case by case based on the commercial arrangement, implementation stage, service usage, and the reason for the request.
7. Partial or pro-rata refunds
Partial or pro-rata refunds may be allowed in some cases, especially where a technical failure or unauthorized transaction affected only part of the billed period or part of the charge.
If a full refund is not appropriate, we may approve a partial adjustment where the circumstances support it.
8. Refund deductions
If a refund is approved because of a technical failure or unauthorized transaction, TechGeeta Solutions will bear applicable payment-gateway or tax deductions related to that refund where operationally required.
In other approved refund cases, the customer may bear applicable deductions, including gateway or tax-related amounts, if those deductions cannot reasonably be absorbed.
9. Refund request process
Refund requests should be sent to hello@techgeeta.com.
Please include the customer name, registered email address, payment date, amount paid, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional details where needed to review the request properly.
10. Processing timelines
If a refund is approved, we will initiate processing within a reasonable time after review. Once processed, refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in the customer's account, depending on banking and payment-network timelines.
We do not promise instant refunds.
