These terms apply to your use of HRM TechGeeta on the public product route at techgeeta.com/products/hrm and related product pages.
They are intended to set clear expectations for customers, prospects, and payment partners about how the service works.

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of HRM TechGeeta. They explain the basic rules for using the service, paying for subscriptions, protecting account access, and understanding the limits of what the service provides.
These terms are written to be clear and practical. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. Who we are
HRM TechGeeta is operated by TechGeeta Solutions. TechGeeta Solutions is a software services company that also operates product offerings, including this subscription software for HR, attendance, payroll, and compliance workflows for Indian businesses, especially factories and compliance-heavy organizations.
The service helps customers manage employee and company records, mark attendance, generate payroll outputs, prepare EPF, ESI, LWF, and related compliance outputs, and produce inspection-ready registers and reports.
3. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and to the related Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy where applicable.
4. Eligibility and account responsibility
You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
- You must provide accurate and current account, billing, and company information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You should promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
5. Invite-only trial access
Trial access is invite-only. We do not promise an automatic free trial to every visitor.
- Trials are granted at our discretion based on business needs and product fit.
- Trial duration is typically 14 to 30 days, but may vary.
- Trial accounts may include limited features, limited usage, or limited support.
- We may end or refuse trial access at any time if the trial is misused or no longer appropriate.
6. Subscription plans, billing, and renewals
Public plans for HRM TechGeeta are monthly subscription plans at present. Payments are processed through Razorpay.
- Please review plan features, limits, and pricing before purchase.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.
- You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and any other clearly disclosed charges.
- Prices, features, and plan details may change, but we will provide at least 30 days' prior notice for pricing or feature changes that affect active customers.
7. Cancellation rules
When you cancel a subscription, future auto-renewals stop. Normal cancellation does not end access immediately.
- Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- After that billing cycle ends, access is terminated unless the account is reactivated or another arrangement applies.
- Enterprise or custom plans may have more flexible commercial terms, but access generally continues through the paid billing period.

8. Refund reference
Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed based on eligibility and circumstances. Please see our Refund Policy for the situations in which refunds may be available, applicable timelines, and processing rules.
9. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes connected to your authorized use of the platform.
You must not:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity;
- share credentials in a way that bypasses plan limits or weakens account security;
- scrape, copy, or extract platform data or content without authorization;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code except where law clearly permits it;
- distribute malware, spam, or harmful code through the service;
- attempt to disrupt the platform, overload it, or interfere with other users;
- abuse support, misuse the service, or use it in a way that damages our systems or reputation;
- resell or offer the service in a competing manner without our written authorization.
10. Customer data ownership
You retain ownership of the business, employee, payroll, attendance, and compliance-related data that you upload, enter, or generate through the service.
TechGeeta Solutions provides the software and related services only. We do not claim ownership over your business data or employee data.
11. Compliance outputs disclaimer
Reports, registers, challans, files, and compliance outputs generated by the service are tools for operational assistance. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.
You remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all filings, registers, submissions, payroll outputs, and statutory information before relying on them or submitting them to any authority.
12. Availability and service disclaimer
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We work to keep the platform useful and reliable, but uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Scheduled maintenance, internet issues, third-party outages, browser issues, device issues, or unexpected technical problems may affect availability. You are responsible for checking important outputs before filing, payment, or operational reliance.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address non-compliance.
- misuse of the platform or violation of these terms;
- non-payment or unresolved payment failure;
- security concerns or suspected unauthorized access;
- law-enforcement requests or other legal requirements.
Suspension may be temporary while an issue is investigated or resolved. Termination may end access permanently, subject to any retention or export windows described in our cancellation and privacy policies.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechGeeta Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, reputation, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the service during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
15. Changes to the service or terms
We may update the service, pricing, plan features, and these terms from time to time. When a change materially affects customers, we will give reasonable notice through the website, the product, email, or another appropriate channel.
For pricing or feature changes affecting active customers, we will provide at least 30 days' prior notice.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Punjab, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
